About Us

Jason Walsh     Virtuoso guitarist, prolific songwriter, charismatic performer, and engaging teacher

Many of you know me from having seen me perform in and around Ontario with one of my many bands - Rotary Ten, Stone Prophets, Jen Militia and Stereola.

I started playing guitar at the age of nine, and studied formally for about 7 years. By the time I was fifteen, I was playing and jamming in many bars all around Ontario. Early on, Philip Bast, Entertainment Editor for The Record, wrote, "Walsh is just 18 and already turning heads with his hard hitting blues/rock guitar."

(Scotty) Scott Urquhart

Scotty has been playing the blues in Waterloo Region for years.  He was one of the original owners of "Pop the Gator" in downtown Kitchener in the 90's.  Scotty was Mel Browns rythm guitarist for years and even now plays with Miss Angel at various events including the Kitchener Blues Festival.  Scotty in recent years was Waterloo Region's very own bluesman Ian Taylor rythm guitarist.

(Fingers)

Our drummer that lays down the beats for us has a long time nickname of "Fingers!"  From playing in the early 80's on a full rack of drums to his minimalist kit he plays now, he keeps us honest with his strong meter.  From travelling to Finland with another one of Waterloo Regions powerful performers Mike McDonald to sharing the stage with Mel Brown, Pat Rush and many more.

(Gadget) Terry Gaudet

Ive been playing guitar on and off since I was 20.  The last 10 years I have been blessed to been given many opportunities to play live at various gigs in the KW region.  I am a member of  "Smoked Meat"  Kitcheners Firefighter band for approx 10 years.  Still enjoying this musical journey, of working on vocals, guitar and now bass!
